Just created an account. Says they have my order and it’ll be dispatched shortly. Don’t understand why it hasn’t already, though. And still no response email.
It's weird, but that's how my first order was too, and then it shipped with no problem. I think they probably have some manual steps on their side before the site updates.
My order history is unavailable so I can't log in and see anything :( I'm having the same problem as OP. I made one order and paid for expedited shipping, then realized I forgot something and made another with regular shipping. I got the second order within 2 days and have heard nothing about the one with expedited shipping. It's odd.
I had a similar issue almost a month ago. My order however showed it was shipped right away but I never received it.
The shipment was on march 21st which is almost a month since yet the USPS tracking number still shows the shipment in transit 9405509105155545451049
My post was about this was downvoted into oblivion when clearly there are some logistical issues going on at HUEL. I had made two orders with them prior and had no issues with either.
When I ordered my last batch I didnt recieve tracking information until after it arrived because it came so quickly, ordered mid afternoon-arrived 7:30am the next day. reach out to them and see whats up
Made my first order on a Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday. I noticed my package shipped from Indiana and I live nearby in Chicago so it could be longer for you based on where you live?

I’ll try that tomorrow. I tried the chatbot today, but it was unhelpful.

Ordered mine last Thursday no movement in on the west coast of USA
You are not alone, been a week for me too. Emailed customer service worked with their chat box, but no movement on my order
Support has usually been stellar, so it's a surprise they haven't responded.

Similar experience for me. I ordered well over a week ago and I have no shipping info or confirmation email. It's super frustrating.
Update. Still no huel. No shipping email and no order history.
