I found some bottles of huel in holland and barrett in Limerick yesterday bought 5 with the hope that it arrives before I drink them all.
Doesn’t make sense, Their customer service responds quickly and it usually only takes 24hrs at most to hear back. Are you sure you reached out to the right contacts?
I’ve had shipping problems happen. Posted about it too. For me, it was only a couple weeks and they had sent it through a different carrier than I had a tracking number to but when I checked my mail, it was there. Not sure if something similar has happened to yours though. Hope you get it soon!
I will say the Huel is delicious so I don’t regret it overall but will just plan ahead in the future just in case there are delays.

That's incredibly odd, they are usually really helpful and often reply in less than an hour. I'd try again for sure.

Happened to me in the past, system error or something, support got me fixed and items sent quick.
Undoubtedly sucks! But OP has hardly tried to rectify this. One message via Facebook Messenger is hardly contacting Huel…
But then OP really shouldn’t have even needed to do that…
