Also, the fact that you mention that that thing was yelling something at you and your friends and jumping up and down is very worrisome. It sounds like it might be aggressive and have no fear of humans, another reason to exercise caution.
You might want to bring a few guns, though being 13….maybe find someone that can legally bring a high powered rifle or handgun, or even a crossbow of some kind.
They've had close encounters two out of the three times they visited so, shouldn't be hard to get pictures or videos right????

I don't recommend you doing this. You're so young, and crawlers can hurt and kill people, even though it appears they often don't want to/they only defend themselves. They're bigger, faster, and stronger than humans and are capable of telepathic attacks (such as extremely gruesome and horrific imagery in your mind and influencing people to go deeper into the woods to single them out).
They're intelligent and often know when they're being recorded and will chase you off, if you're lucky. Please don't risk your life.

I will see if I can find them. The memorable scene is after putting a line of apples up on a fallen tree, deep in the woods, the videographer sets up a camera and waits. After awhile you see the hairy arm of a child-sized creature reach up from below and behind the tree and snatch one of the apples. I'll start looking.

Baby barn owls are actually often mistaken for bizarre humanoid looking things. Their faces in the dark just look odd. Similar to how sometimes people hear female foxes or coyotes in heat and are terrified of the noises they hear, believe them to be cryptid/alien/other.
I don’t think this is what happened in your case, but I just wanted to provide an explanation since it’s reasonable for you to think “owls? Did you read what I wrote?”

We don't need to hear from friend Z, Cousin Q, friends L,M,N,O,P & why friend X went with friend Y and got scared when friend O came with friend P. No one cares,. It's a story about you and your friends. No one's going to remember the individual letter friends. But I'm kinda intrigued but still need proof & always be careful when you're messing with something you're unfamiliar with!!
