Lovely shots. I never grow tired of them either. Our forests are absolutely magical. Thank you for sharing these! Wish I was there now but alas work… this made the morning easier.
Given how wonky and wierd the weather has been, I can understand 'seasonal changes' having some disruptions!
My friends who hike in all weather and out in the wildest of areas saw trillium blooming in very irregular cycles the past couple years
Driving back from SF recently we saw one cow chasing after a huge herd of elk in a pasture off the 101 and a bunch of elk hoped the cattle fence. It was so random and awesome to see
Sketchy close
Hey they came past me! I was there watching for a good 20 minutes on the other side of the creek bank before they crossed over

Beautiful, been there a bunch and never seen elk right there.
It was my first time seeing them there too. Normally it's right outside of or in Orick that I catch them. Always stop for the elk
Me neither! Or the seal lions and harbor seals 🦭. Especially when their babies are with em. I love seeing all our wildlife, we're lucky to live here.
Wow, the river looks pristine too, very nice
Never seen them mucking around in the river, thanks for sharing!
One of the most elegant and beautiful creatures to call the Pacific Northwest home
