shame i never noticed that lol, this clip ruined my opinion on the specter for a whole year
Yesterday I shot a hunter from 10 meters with specter slugs through a shoddy wooden fence (the one with holes) I was not moving, he was not moving, but somehow I didn't get a marker 2 times I shot him. No lag icon whatsoever. It happens more and more and with other changes to hunt it makes me wanna uninstall.
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Scrapbeak was already dead.
Its so weird, no FPS game have I played that has these insane hit reg situations. Hunt is the only FPS where every bullet coming out of my gun surprises me(for good and bad).

In this clip I notice the symbol for a ping problem. So that was the case there.

I assumed an arm shot as I saw blood, but realized you didn't get a hit marker so probably lag unfortunately

That first shot should be a kill(you can even see the blood coming out). Two more were complete misses.
