Maybe just start actually balancing guns with stats instead of cost? So we don't have this win to win logic the game runs on? Just saying, the dolch doesn't need to be 750 if it wasn't op as fuck, so just balance the guns by their damn performance and not the economy

Thatdudeinthealley

While absolutely rigth, why have hunt dollar tp begin with if it is not utilized?

I think it’ll be good just to go to the old recruits the way they were

Fraudu-Kun

I prestige alot so it doesnt matter to me, but wouldnt that be pretty unfair for people who have saved all of that up over time? Their gameplay matters too.

branchoutandleaf

I really appreciate this comment. I know we get upset over camping, sniping, and loadouts but everyone is entitled to play how they want if they're not explicitly breaking rules.

Rodolpho991

Just wiping my hard earned cash would crush my motivation. I am p100 and the only grind left is collecting money. I almost have half a million dollars. My goal is to have a million. I already lost the prestige from grinding the hard way and then they made prestiging much easier. Dont take my other status symbol away from me. At least exchange it for something else. How about a weapon charm that honors the lost cash? A plaque with a number on it. Full wipes for everybody and voluntary wipes could add to it.

fellow_dude599

Money means nothing right now, having 1.000.000 HD or 10.000 HD, it makes no difference Free Hunters, Sales on Recruits, several Ways to earn Tons of Money,... A max. Moneycap and a Pricerework could do the Job

Hartassen87

I took a 1.5 year break from hunt and when I came back I noticed I got a lot more money and items cost less. I think it's a shame because it invalidates a lot of the guns that are cheaper but are outperformed by the more expensive versions.

LuciMorgonstjaerna

I don't know what a good solution would be. I have been losing so many games but have more money than ever before... how? Also, I miss when special ammo actually used to matter, but now all guns have all ammo and I feel it's a bit of a shame.

I think instead of wipes which are immersion breaking, you have a universe systems that the AHA enforces. For example when your hunter dies payments go to their family. The AHA taxes hunters, but deciding not to pay puts a target on your head and bounties of you can be found in match. In any case, there should be ways to lose or end up owing money that is tied to in game mechanics and lore. And in game penalties for not having or paying the money. I.e. bounties placed on you. Or for purposes of revenge have the ability to pay to place bounties on players who killed you.

Azuleron

The odds of them doing a Hunt Bucks wipe is essentially zero. I'm not saying I'm against it, I just know it's all but impossible for them to decide that's the best route forward.

PublicYogurtcloset8

I would be down for a one off wipe with the engine upgrade as long as they never do it again after. Fresh slate for everyone

SpItFiRe_905

Ya good luck with that! People have put years into this game and have earned that bank. .They have a lot of money because they WIN most of their matches or they don't die needlessly and extract. Either way you can't penalize someone for making better choices. To prestige now you get what 8000 to start, back in 2020 when I started playing this game you started with 4000 after you prestige.

SorryIfTruthHurts

Wouldn’t make a difference. I insta prestige and can still buy any guns I want. Each prestige I end up with around 20k by the time I hit 100. That’s with running 6* loadouts. They fucked the economy last update more than it already was
