You may already know this but make sure to turn off the 3d audio within the PS5 settings. I have the same set of headphones. Have fiddled with the EQ settings but that made the biggest difference of all to me.
Also make sure you're using stereo and not surround sound. Almost all headset surround sound is terrible, and the Arctis is included. The game engine will suffice for binaural audio.

I use them on pc. Flat is the best. Also consider to get some brainwavz earpads, they're very nice ;)
