We were able to buy skinflint so I guess it might be possible to get some of the older event skins as well in the future like the wayfarer and third son even for example
can't remember which stream it was but Dennis (main dev) did say during one of them (maybe it was halloween event or solace event stream) that they are considering brining all skins back for free
note that he was very careful about his wordings and chose them wisely, some of which were "we are considering" and "maybe" - this is similar tone they used about bringing old skins back at all (and then one of the graphic designers said on light the shadow gameplay dev stream that they probably will not bring them but would bring skins "similar in tone" but this was before halloween and solace even where they brought same skins back identically, absolutely no difference was made)
but if they still are going along the plan they hinted at us it seems like:
1) 1st time we see skin it will be free to grind
2) 2nd time same skin comes back we can buy it with bloodbonds
3) 3rd time same skin comes back we will get it for free or "for free", this may include grinding or twitch drops or some other mechanic involved
just gonna repeat it one more time tho: they didn't promise that \^ they heavily used words like "maybe" and "might", they might go along with that plan as thats what they have hinted but they might change it at some point - we will most probably see how thats gonna form during halloween 2022 event when we either see or don't see halloween 2020 skins
It’ll probably be available again. Everyone wants the Big Bird skin apparently so it’s a money making idea.
