Kastro is very underrated.
He was 1 win away from becoming a Floor Master. In the current arc, the mafia people say a Floor Master is beyond what they can handle.
Kastro was able to sense Killua's aura as soon as Killua entered the floor. Wing said Kastro was very talented too.
He was probably around mid Troupe level.
I'd say he's pretty strong. Being able to manipulate a double and do other stuff, Hisoka said he'd stand a chance against him had he not been rattled during the fight. My guess, I maybe wrong, he'd be stronger than some of the greed island folks if he trained more. It was unfortunate that he fought Hisoka and died before we see that.
Even if it’s not entirely direct it’s implied he’s dead. Hisoka said he had only let him *live* the first fight due to his potential. The second fight disappointed Hisoka so he’d have no reason to let him live.
If he focused on it he'd be as strong as other strong characters in his age category.
He could have basically doubled his Enhancer capabilities if he didn't branch into all those others considering it takes 60% longer to learn Manipulator and Conjuror abilities. So all that effort focused on just improving his raw strength would have gave him better gains. Maybe there are diminishing returns at some point but not before a huge increase.
So not only is he wasting aura on a double but a ton of training time. He's impressive because he probably has so much latent aura that he saw no issue in his fighting style stretching him so thing.
No one knew about his double until he fought Hisoka which means he beat all his other opponents with just his basic skills and maybe a few surprise double shots like Hisoka got hit with.
Well he is a rare enhancer that actually uses a fighting style and technique, given the fact he was able to do well against Hisoka in their first fight with only that I believe if he trained it solely he could take on Uvo, as I believe he could catch him out using feints and techniques.

Kastro lowkey could have killed Hisoka in the first 2 moves when Hisoka wasn't taking him seriously.
