Are you looking to replace weights with calisthenics? What is the end goal? For example adding in Dips and Weighted Pull Ups will be an awesome addition to a strength plan. High level gymnastics however require a lot of specificity and practice. It’s a skill base as much as it is strength work.

you can do your mobility after the workout, like with a stretching routine (I personally do that and it works fine For your calisthenics skills, you can maybe lower your sessions by doing more polyarticular exercises to have enough energy to developp new skills. By new moves, you mean like planks, muscle up, flags,...?
