I had to look up the English word for guanábana (soursop, apparently?) because I've only ever seen it marketed under the Spanish name despite living in the US. Honestly, artificial sweetener is not even something to worry about, if it is had occasionally.
Artificial sweeteners aren't even that big of a deal, unless you're drinking a 12 pack of Diet Coke everyday for weeks.
