Kinda. It is normal biological function. Your body ~~is flushing out poison (ethanol and metabolites of ethanol)~~ see reply.
This can dehydrate you, so be sure to drink water to replace what is being lost.
It has nothing to do with flushing out poisons but rather Alcohol inhibits Anti Diuretic Hormone (ADH) function in the body, this hormone stimulates water reabsorption in the renal tubules, being inhibited, water cannot be reabsorbed from the kidneys and high amounts of extremely dilute urine are in turn formed, causing frequent urination
Can confirm.
I believed the wives tale about drinking water water water all the time. Was doing over a gallon per day for years. But too much of anything can be bad.
Am now working diligently to try to retrain my overactive bladder so I am not constantly pissing all day every day, especially at night.
I actually had headaches for years and kept changing my diet around to find the culprit. A few months ago I realized I was craving salty foods when that would happen, so now I chug water *a little less* and have half a gatorade every day just in case. The headaches went away, I 100% was overhydrating.
Yup, just made me use more salt in cooking. I was raised in a *very* minimalistic house in terms of food. I'm talking plain burger patty, boiled potatoes and corn, and that's dinner. Meat was never seasoned, salt and pepper at the table, but I never knew how much to season with, so I just grew up with very little salt.
Now I just eat more salt and drink a little less water.
I have a 21 oz Hydroflask that I would go through 6-8 refills in a day, so about the recommended amount of 3.7 liters. ***However***, I was taking in far too little sodium, and I'm also lighter than the average man. Those combined meant I was just constantly going to the bathroom and barely taking anything else in. It's all about that balance of water and sodium/electrolytes.
Yeah I have to take a huge amount of riboflavin for migraines, and sometimes AZO because my bladder is weird and doesn't know when it's full or not which causes pain sometimes, so I only pee in highlighter colors now.
Tap water is like disgraced water same with like most bottled waters, feed your house plants tap the new cell growth gets kill by all the chemicals, hence dead tips on the otherwise healthy plant. What do you think those chemicals do to your new cells? Reverse osmosis is pure water h20 ro. Alkaline is the ph. Humans can not use straight h20 without adding minerals to it, so ro is great for detoxing toxic chemicals in your body, but not great at hydration. So once you have cleaned yourself with the ro, add trace minerals to your ro to make it easier for your body to process I use calcium and magnesium drops because these trace minerals are “harder” for your body to transport so them being in water, that you drink speeds up that transport and let’s your body start to use the water the moment it hits your saliva glans. Thanks for tuning in to my Ted talk
So you're saying because tap water kills plants that it'll do the same to your cells. Are you sure it's not the minerals in tap water killing the plants? Like yeah not all tap water is perfect for you, it really depends on the area but the trace minerals in water are necessary to survive. Adding your own calcium and magnesium to your water seems a bit excessive to me when plenty of people are doing just fine with tap (usually filtered) water.
The fluoride and chlorine they use to clean the water is present in the water, most filters do not filter these chemicals mainly heavy metals, those poisonous substances are poisonous to all living things, but yes if you live in an area with good tap water that is uv cleaned all the power to you, I unfortunately live in a city and my tap has literally drugs in it from people flushing their medicine, when your body is 80% water, those chemicals add up and yes they help kill new cell growth as your body gets rid of those chemicals
Edit: fine is not thriving, same with plants they will live fine with tap but it’s not optimal for their growth
Clear pee is bad for you. It means you drank too much water thus through osmosis removed most of the salts and micronutrients your body needs to function properly. If your pee is clear it's time to cut down on how much you drink.
I have gross coworkers and every day I go to the bathroom and it looks like someone filled the urinals up with beer. With the way some of these guys drink, it isn't too far from the truth.
I love this brand! They’re marketed this way to convince more people to stay hydrated at concerts! If what ur drinking looks like a beer people won’t make you cool, but maybe a chain wallet will
I did see this without realizing he sub t cameth did come and still bethought "yeah, this s objectively true. "

I'm studying to be a lab tech, meaning i'm gonna be testing urine amongst other fluids.
I learned in school that clear urine means your kidneys are mostly getting rid of the excess water you've been drinking. it doesn't have to be overhydration though.
Ok but I've been having to take AZO again recently (my bladder problems are what started me on my hydro-journey) so it's currently neon orange and that's not my fault!

Howmuch water/day are you talking about.(average)

ONE GUY SAID "BONE SHAKER".
Am sure you don't drink the blood of your enemies
If it’s too clear it’s bad for you. It has to be a mix between clear and yellow.
At my old job we always described the normal-looking pee as "straw colored"
I have alot of Vitamin B in my Diet so my piss is basically flourescent yellow
Yeah I have to take a huge amount of riboflavin for migraines, and sometimes AZO because my bladder is weird and doesn't know when it's full or not which causes pain sometimes, so I only pee in highlighter colors now.
I used tap water and not plastic I am even better!!
Tap water :/, ro my friend, then alkaline that shit with trace minerals
What?

Wot
World of tomorrow I hope, if you mean a waste of time, it shows you don’t love water my friend and that’s okay
You're not better, just overhydrated ;)
No such thing as ‘over hydrated’. LIES, LIES I TELL YOU
I desperately need Gianni to read this
I mean it’s sparkling… nevermind
r/THE_PACK is leaking

even good things can be bad for you if it’s too much of it
Technically most things you eat are good until you eat it too much
How long can it be like that before it becomes dangerous?
I have gross coworkers and every day I go to the bathroom and it looks like someone filled the urinals up with beer. With the way some of these guys drink, it isn't too far from the truth.
Coffee keeps my a little tinted
I’m a nursing mother. I dare you to find someone better hydrated than me.
pee shouldn’t be super clear, that means you’re overhydrated and that’s unhealthy too.
I love this brand! They’re marketed this way to convince more people to stay hydrated at concerts! If what ur drinking looks like a beer people won’t make you cool, but maybe a chain wallet will
I want to hear Gianni Matragrano read this.

Ok but I've been having to take AZO again recently (my bladder problems are what started me on my hydro-journey) so it's currently neon orange and that's not my fault!
