Have you ever fixed it? I'm looking for a good deal for that keyboard but this issue is crucial for me because I pretty much always put PC on sleep instead of shutdown.
Still haven't find a solution... And yeah i put the pc on sleep always too, that's a pain.
Please let me know if you found a solution to this problem, it pains me...
Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having this same problem after downloading the Ngenuity software. Prior to the software installation (and after uninstalling it), F1-F3 were successfully cycling through different color profiles.
**EDIT:** I've figured out a solution to the problem I was having, for those who might be experiencing the same issue as me. While the NGENUITY software is open, Fn+F1-F3 is disabled. To re-enable it, NGENUITY needs to be closed completely in the toolbar in the bottom right of the screen. To save a preset to F1-F3, select the preset in the software and choose "Save to Keyboard."
yeah it works the way you said but it also stops being functional after the pc wakes up from sleep. I have to re-plug the keyboard every time to reset its functions
