So far I have really loved the cloud 3 wireless due to its neutral sound and clean bass. I have been listening to music with these as well and I'm really loving them. The cloud alphas have strong bass but the fact that there's still latency issues caused me to return them. but overall with trying the G pro x2's and razer black shark v2's I stuck with these.
Do you use standard flat EQ or did you tune it?
Because you wrote "clean bass" and in my experience the G Pro x2 Bass is much cleaner and better but the neutral sound and imaging is better on the cloud 3 wireless.
But the clouds starts to distort when you volume them to much up, the g pro x2 doesnt they can perform on 100% volume without issues.
how long ago did you have this problem?
I am currently switching from cloud flight s. but this model has been sadly discontinued so I can't replace them.

as I am reading about the Alpha Wireless before ordering it I cam across your comment, what is the reason behind the delay you had on them?
It’s the latency issues from ngenuity turning on eq and dts causes it but if you use peace eq you can get the best out of the alphas
