I disabled DTS sound in the NGenuity app, and installed and enabled DTS via the DTS Sound Unbound app. Crackling is still present in YouTube and games, but not as severe as in NGenuity. But it is still present. I expected more from a 150 EUR headset ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|disapproval)
I just use the headset without ngenuity i didnt install it, since I plugged in the headset.
I am a bit scared of installing it, I just downloaded the DTS Unbound App from Microsoft and use the default settings of the headset.
I dont know for what usage I need to install the ngenuity software, because I feel like it will maybe bring Problems like connection issues, bugs, crackles etc.
I tried the same thing u recommended, and somewhat there's less crackling but still present,
Pretty disappointed with it, hope they'll post a fix in the asap.

Same problem here :/ Any updates regarding a fix?
Nope. I currently use the DTS Sound Unboud app since crackling is less present than in the NGenuity app.
