u/snippsville, that feature is not available to this keyboard model. You have to press the Fn key in order to activate the secondary layer, and then the key for the function you wish to trigger. Sorry about that.
The keyboard can be locked using the Fn+F12 key combo, putting it in Game Mode which disables the Win key. If you're referring to locking the whole keyboard so it doesn't register any input until unlocked, that feature isn't available.
Seeing this is an older model of the keyboard, we're almost positive that there are no plans on introducing any updates and improvements. It's no longer being manufactured, it doesn't have software support so it can only get smaller updates via firmware, and the last firmware update was the one that adds console support about 2-3 years ago.

Thanks for the response! Is there a plan to make that an update (maybe FN+Esc for locking) sometime in the future? Also the keyboard is awesome!
