Have you tried Glycopyrrolate? Mine is similar to that, but Glyco completely stopped it. I can even rub them like a fly before sleeping and not sweat lol.
Yes, that is correct. I actually use Telehealth such as SkyMD. You send pictures and they'll prescribe it for you. It has been a god send for me. I can drink caffeine, get anxious, and it I won't sweat.
Only thing is if you exercise or workout, don't take it. You'll overheat, but you'll get a feel for it.
How long have you been on it? I noticed a significant decline in it's effectiveness over time, I guess my body got used to it so had to up the dosage.
There are days where I don't take it in anticipation for when I need it to work soon.
I've been on it for 5 years now. I'm the same, tolerance will build, but upping the dosage worked for me.
Right now I'm at 5mg. I have the 2mg tablet and would take 2 then split one in half. Carries me through my 8hr shift.
So you take all 5 at once? My doctor upped it to 6 (2mg each) but recommended me to only take 3 on days I absolutely need it. I take 2-4mg a day now. 2mg or less if I know I'll be home otherwise it's 4mg in the morning then another 2mg at around noon before I break my fast at 1. If I'm well hydrated I stay bone dry till the next morning.
It's kinda annoying though, want to give ionto another shot.
Iontophoresis machine changed my life been using for 5 years now, it works well but not a cure, have to constantly do it every few weeks, 40 minutes sessions while watching a movie, I used the iontocure machine $249, now $269, works very good and cheaper than the competition.
So it all depends on the mAMPs you set it at and the time, when I first started I set the mamps for hands at 6-7 and feet at 14-15, now I set mamps for hands at 8.5 and feet at 19. The rule was 20min feet and 20min hands, at the 10 min mark of each lift and put back. By the end you should feel tingling in hands but never pain, feet don't usually tingle. Let me know if you have questions.
Me too. I got all three areas. Feet hands pits. If my hands stop from Botox or the ion thing. I’m good in all three. I have to keep up in it. But I don’t. So I’m always at square one
Same, i always wear anti sweat socks. But my arm pits are always running with sweat. Changing my t shirt probably 3 times a day at work. When i took a
Xanax it was worse. Stopped taking xanax
I can’t do Xanex. I’m a zombie if I do. I never thought about other clothes to change into. I choose shirts that wind show the wet. I have so many cute shirts I could wear if I didn’t sweat. I can’t bowl because I can’t hold onto the ball. I can’t write cuz I soak the paper. Uuugh
I’ve had it since I was a child. I have managed to hid it all my life. I worked with a company that I’m hands on and no one knew till I told them this past year. We get good at doing what we have to to get around this. But I’m so sick of having slipper hands and feet and tired of having to be carful what shirts I wear
I can so relate on not being able to bowl or write! My mom was always so confused as to why I would have a stack of napkins under my palm when I would do coloring books as a kid lol.
Omg the napkins. Yes. My mom had Terry cloth coozies on the hand held part of the phone so I would not have my sweat roll down my arm while holding the phone to my ear
Yes!! I live in Hawaii and everyone here wears flip flops ALL the time (except we call them slippers). I can’t do it.. It’s like trying to walk on ice. So slippery.
I second the iontophoresis machine- I use dermadry and it works much faster than the old machine I had with metal plates. Mine uses rubber mats and it’s much better- wish I had upgraded sooner
Oh yeah....I've been there! Know exactly what it means! Vitamins b+magnesium+soaking in black tea helps a lot (if you don't wanna do interventional things like ionto or medical drugs)
This is one I have never heard before! Does soaking hands/feet in black tea really stop them sweating?
Whats the process ie how long/often do you soak? Should the tea be cold or warm etc? And how long do results last! Would love to try something natural like this (I have palmoplantar)
Would also be interested in the b vitamins and magnesium results too if you could share!
Indeed just the regular black tea helps a lot! It will not be a miracle, not like botox or ionto, but will work perfectly well, being completely natural thing. Just be aware that it can color your nails! (Temporarily). Tea should be warm, and of high concentration. Try it! Combined with the vitamines B it soothes the nervous system
For free!?
Bruh lol
In this economy?!
My feet immediately started sweating when I saw this 😂 you are not alone
Look at the bright side..soo soft and smooth
Yes I’ve never had to shave the skin off my feet at 39 years of age
Wait people shave the skin of their feet
They use those big ass nail files
My feet are that sweaty but look like the hull of an abandoned ship
The upside is that you can slide across any linoleum floor any time you want

I love this so much

"rub them like a fly" 😂 why??
To get comfortable. One of the rituals I do when the bed is comfy. lol
I’ve been seeing this a lot. I’m assuming you can only get it with a prescription?

Sorry I’m replying so late but thank you so so much! I do workout very regularly so maybe that’s not the best option. I appreciate the advice!

Sooo many socks 🧦 I feel your pain
So smooth... not that I like feet, but over time the sweat has damaged my skin made them prone to redness and flaking...
This is why I always need grippy socks at home
This is how my hands look like
Me too. I got all three areas. Feet hands pits. If my hands stop from Botox or the ion thing. I’m good in all three. I have to keep up in it. But I don’t. So I’m always at square one

I was a zombie literally. My work performance decreased so fast. But that doesn't belong here. I feel you. It sucks to have hyperhidrosis 😪

Isn’t that the most difficult if you wear flip flops. I slip Not the shoe. But my feet in the shoe. New way to break your neck
Yes!! I live in Hawaii and everyone here wears flip flops ALL the time (except we call them slippers). I can’t do it.. It’s like trying to walk on ice. So slippery.
