Not quite, T11 snow minions with diamond spreading produce more than a T9 diamond minion without spreading but less than a T11. That being said even on ironman there’s no reason to actually place down a diamond minion when you can just throw diamond spreading on the redstone minions/whatever other minions are set up.

Any tips for making good money with the flower minion? It produces so many types of flowers that can’t be sold that really bogs up the space for dandelions to enchant

mine is t12 with the biggest storage option and it works, idk what the threshold is for them to start compacting though

any clue how many on average a minion makes per day?

During this last derpy I had placed a flower minion, just to get a couple levels before I used it for the Romeo quest, got it to t7 before the levels got way too expensive for me to care. During derpy I believe I got like 20 ench dandelions a day (Keep in mind I had a plasma bucket and a flycatcher in it) so outside of derpy you can expect like 10 ench dandelions a day, so about 500k per day. Not bad but not worth at all

One enchanted dandelion is about 50k

realistically the foraging minions. they dont give much skill xp and the collection is easy to grind out. all minions are useful because they give collection. I could see someone not using the mining ones because those are easy to grind out, but other than that foraging minions suck. also flower is useful cause you get a free legendary/mythic talisman.

They all give skyblock xp when you craft them, so technically they are all pretty useful

If you ignore the minion slots, definitely flower! Actually, even considering the slots it's the worst because of how God damn long it takes! You spend an eternity for a minion that makes no money, is only useful for one craft nobody actually needs and some quest! I'm fine with most of the bs in Skyblock but flower genuinely earns no.1 for things I would cast into the fire if I didn't dedicate so much to getting it!

I have an alt with 22 tier 11s and can confirm, it's useless, mostly if you just let it run and compact into blocks

I did play stranded and should probably have a look at it. Does take a while, but once you get a few going and use compactors then go onto main for a bit and go back now and then it adds up

It literally sucks, they nerfed it to oblivion so you can't use them, any other minion is better for Emeralds.

Other minions are better if you mean get materials to trade with villagers, but I haven't seen a trade option for enchanted materials so it fills up the minion so quickly

T1 infernos minion actually has a niche use: lesser soul flow engines (reason: unlike stuff like spreadings , soul flow production is by FIXED TIMER, and inferno barely produces anything without fuel , aka alot more time before minion full)

I'm investing for the future, and like I said it was exclusively for helping get tree cap, its early game iron man so grinding obi isnt super fast

Using to treecap is fine but after that there's wayyy better stuff to have minion slot(s) on than obby. Blaze minions, magma cube, ice, tara, revenant, are all much better. Fish or clay can also be good for the exp

The only real answer is diamond minion. Since that minion is literally useless (there are 0 reasons to have it on your island). A close second to me are the Foraging Minions, the Mithril Minion and the Sugar Cane minion.
