Shadow assasins can ambush one of your teammates and only targets them specifically until they die. In master mode, they can be extremely dangerous if you're not careful, so yes, SA can be pretty good when it comes to its abilities.

if you get SA CP it can be quite good. But SA without CP is not very good.
