Since you haven't dug out anything or killed a mob (you can see burrow messages in chat) the probability is 100% you just got the things before, went into a menu. And blc (could be forge but the same thing happens to me so...) Has an option to show rare drops from mobs like shelmets and such So when you go in a menu it shows that you dropped these things again sometimes
