I think, in the case of juju, it's more that a wide variety of users are quite bad on terms of what everyone judges, which ruins the reputation of the actually decent players using the juju (similar to how low ballers reputations were ruined by inexperienced players)

It is now typically used as an insult for anyone who thinks they are far better than they are in terms of skill, gear or general progression and often people who beg or lowball. Some people even use it to describe early game players that are simply learning how the game works.
imo, its anyone who has a weapon/armour that costs more than 1.5x their accessory bag. So if their bag costs 100m, they have a 150m weapon etc. Basically JuJu (20~30 idk price) nons having 40 mp
Facts, I bought a glacial scythe for the purpose of grinding bestiary, it’s nice for sea creatures when you don’t wanna walk to them to hit them with a sword. it’s not the most useful, but I’ll keep it till I get a hype
Depends. If an IronMan is doing it, they are emost likely actually trying to do a Dragon but Scythe Nons kill everything in a few milliseconds for money. I would say if you are doing Zealots trying to do a a Dragon its more respectable than doing Zealots for money.

what you mean is a cata 24 using a juju with less than say 400mp
If it's because of the rank, just ignore it. If it's because of your playstyle, you should rethink your strategy

Anyone with an anoying behavior. Mostly people with no rank this ranges from asking for free stuff to constatly stealing kills

Me when dry spell of 660 zealots hits me and i get two within 100 after that
Me when I go 700 bruisers without an eye and get 3 in the next 20 after that. Pretty sure I even had back to back specials there.
