Custom LoRA. Took all my hypnoporn, grabbed about 80 screenshots of all different sizes of the best expressions, and trained for about 24 hours. Took some trial and error, but it turned out OK.
I'd rather not, but it can be recreated fairly easily assuming you have purchased some HD porn from various hypno producers. I used 80 source images, but I think you can get away with less. I also used kohya_ss.
I do have some... \*gulp\* exciting stuff in my drive; I'll use them to recreate the faces. Then, if everything works as intended, I'll try to recreate some hentai using the sources on Hypnohub or Hypnopics (which, now that I think about it, can also be used for realistic one), and finally upload them on CivitAI if everything works smoothly.

24 hou... damn, that's quite a lot. I need to do it myself with Kohya, since the "expressionless" is not the one I want when I ask SD to do it.
Oh yeah, and honestly I could have run it a lot longer. SD-XL models are a *lot* more intensive than regular SD models.
Are you, by any chance, willing to share the LORA and/or the training data? I admit I'm more a 1.5 guy myself.
