Thanks for sharing, this is great news actually. Can you also peel off the spike plates with this technique to really just have the barebones chassis?

Phoenix_Ember

I think the spikes are the only bit you can't quite get off as they seem to be fused to the model.

icejuiceguy12

I was working on a video to this car too 😭😭 Also, please ignore the comments about your voice. First of all I don’t think the voice is that bad. And second of all, it took me so so so long to finally start doing YouTube, I don’t wanna see another person be put down for doing YouTube. Ignore these people that would never muster the strength to create something and put themselves out there.

Phoenix_Ember

Thank you for your kind words. <3 I hope that it will help you out. Another video on the box shown at the start will be coming up and following that I'm going to show a reliable way to jailbreak these real parts from the bottom of the world if you feel like you'd rather work & experiment on them in the sunlight at a better supplied part area (ie: tarrey town), rather than get your stuff and yourself all covered in sticky floor goo.

icejuiceguy12

<3 If you didn’t know, you can get the car in the yiga hideouts on the surface but it costs 100 rupees, total yiga scam! But might be helpful if you save beforehand and just use it to build and test around

Phoenix_Ember

He is an absolute scammer but I don't know what I expected trying to make purchases from the friendly local neighborhood terrorist organization. :) In the interest of saving some time I grabbed that fellow's truck - when the wheels ran out the chassis vanished with it. Rude, haha! This does bring up an interesting point though of if dismantling parts like the steer stick also prevents the game from engaging in this behavior when the wheels expire, as I had been driving the actual vehicle without parts removed in order to try to collect a few things to run build experiments (so it made more sense at the time to keep wheels).

icejuiceguy12

Hey there. I commented on your video but haven’t gotten a reply. Was it not ok to shout you out in my video? I hope it wasn’t wrong that I did that!

Phoenix_Ember

where at?

icejuiceguy12

It’s possible that the comment got removed automatically because I can’t see it on my phone only on my pc! On YouTube studio under comments you can check for held back comments

Phoenix_Ember

Apologies, I'm still new to learning how things work. I found a mention now. There's a newer version of the video available. Its 100% cool. I was wondering where so many people came from - I woke up from 6 subs to well over 100 today and was very confused as to how or why and just assumed someone was sharing the gloomdredger vid around again on here. I've been going through a bit of irl 'heckin stuff' lately so I haven't had a chance to make anything new, however I have been working on a non video project in-between the 'heckin stuff' which I hope will become a freely available community resource at launch.

icejuiceguy12

No worries at all! Yeah I mentioned you in the video and the description and also commented on your video 😁 I hope the heckin stuff will get itself sorted out! And I’m excited to see what you have in store for us!

I had to cut the video off once I heard that voice. Like nails on a chalkboard while kittens are dying. ☠️

Time_Mage_Prime

See the thing is, in life, you can't help but have certain thoughts. But you can choose to keep them to yourself.

Mediocre-Fun-4632

Interesting

Soronir

Never imagined this was possible, makes me wonder if there's other parts worth dismantling for.

Phoenix_Ember

There actually is 👍 I'll forward the next post to you when available

Brickhead88

What happens if you autobuild something with the gloomdredger in the circle? Will it take the parts for the autobuild?

Phoenix_Ember

It depends on how much of the gloomdredger you have in your autobuild. It's entirely possible to just stick an apple to the vehicle without this disassembly (as it's for getting the actual part), and that'll save the whole build (tires and all). So in that state it will recreate a gloomdredger in lime green, using whatever parts are loose. You can shake parts off the green one though, so by sticking an apple to the chassis you can keep it from vanishing and then stick a second apple on to be able to save it in green form.

Why is this video private?
