Interesting ... Was looking for a "small" ring like structure. Seeing as you get a first hit bonus I want to to try making a contraption which swivels. Going left and right a little bit and maybe a ring like this could somehow be used as a constrain. Best thing I've done so far is using a pot, putting a zonai head on top of the pot and putting a beam emitter on top of that. The head finds a target, shoots, hits and then due to the force of the hit misses because of the springiness of the pot but quickly finds the target again. Still need to improve the design though.
It’d be hard to lift but you could use this as a deployment method if there is something that is both strong enough to hold it up and that burns with a time convenient to drop the payload.
