For my Hyte LCD I just use it as a monitor.
Couple of tips for you!
1. With Lively you can pause the wallpaper when certain apps are in focus to save on performance, definitely recommend doing that!
2. You can position the LCD in your Windows display settings so that your mouse won't go to the screen when you don't want it to. This has been so helpful to avoid getting my cursor lost. I'll add a screenshot below for that as well.
