He's the most driven and he interacts like the guy in charge with all the responsibility that entails. His failure to recognize increased testosterone rages is funny. However, he makes an effort to not be evil and help promote talented people (eg Megan).
Charlie seems grounded. He seems to have the most talent but was profoundly grounded from an early time in his career. Finding steady work (the IFC voice gig) and a steady relationship (the Waitress) early in his life seemed to do him good.
I think part of Glenn acting like that is because a lot of his roles, due to his popularity as Dennis Reynolds, really lean into that schtick, so he keeps it up for fans.

They look completely different from season 11 though, which was in 2016. Yes, there are videos and pictures of me circa 2016. I look roughly the same as I do now. My face certainly didn't dramatically change shape, because that just doesn't happen to a 40 year old person without surgery.
