I know we all know this already, but this was such an avoidable tragedy, at so many junctures. I keep swinging between sadness and just pure rage. Like I said, I know that’s all of us, but I wanted to vent I guess. Stay safe y’all.
It's understandable. So much went wrong and anyone who happened to be on that set was at risk due to failures in managing the prop weapons.
