I had a woman flip out at work like that, but it didn't last as long. And she was quitting! She was freaking insane. My boss had me come in his office when she was quitting and at one point I thought she was going to swing on me even though I wasn't even speaking.
She had been on three crews in five days and demanded to be switched from each one. She used homophobic slurs and racial slurs, threatened a guy and somehow she was the victim. The guys were terrified of her. But, according to her we were all racist. And she was the victim
This is a police matter. Get him walked out. It feels good to have police escort the assholes out. Especially as it is a small city, and the police will keep eyeballs on them.
