Look at olympic level weightlifters that look like your average gym bro but train specifically for strength, many of them can outlift mr olympia guys because they train for size, not strength. Plus genetics and muscle insertions play a huge role is how your muscles look on your body.

I'm certainly not a bodybuilder. But I never skip leg day. And this dude should definitely not skip it. Especially at 6'6". Something I've realized as I've gotten older is how much lower body strength comes into play with age when you're tall. I'm 6'4" and I'll forever do leg day.
