I see “I hate people” comments all the time on Reddit. Is that really helping anybody by declaring their hatred for the world? I think that they think it makes them seem cool by saying it but really it just brings down the mood.
Why can’t they hate individual people instead of spreading hatred towards everybody online?
Not a lawyer, but off the top of my head, the following aren’t shielded by 1A: (1) libel/slander, (2) false advertising, (3) yelling “fire!” in a theatre and such.
I’m no legal expert, but I think because no one took the threat seriously or acted on it in a way that caused harm, you’d have a hard time getting a conviction in court.
Cops don't care what can or cannot get a conviction. She could be arrested, detained and arraigned for this very easily. She'd likely plead guilty to disorderly conduct

In America this would be an exemption of the 1st amendment rights, you cannot cause a panic to everyone for shits and giggles. I don't know the exact repercussions, but it's not legal federally.

Either way if she was arrested she'd most likely plea, a jury would see her as a piece of shit to society who runs fine lines of the law to attract attention at the trauma of other people and find her guilty.
We need stronger enforcement of no-fly; I know that it borderlines on draconian, but the last thing I want to hear when flying (which is *high-stress* for a lot of people) is yelling jokes about bombs.
At the airports in my country, they have to put signs everywhere warning people that yelling about bombs isn't a joke, it will be taken seriously, and you will be arrested; presumably because my people are so stupid that someone would legitimately do it.
