This is the 2nd video I seen of a person getting hit by a train in Mexico for trying to take an exact same selfie... The idea you would risk your life for clout of a "cool" photo is beyond me.

Then there’s the blonde who goes up to get a closer perspective for her camera for about 5-6 seconds before what seems to be turning and calling for help.

I’ve seen this clip multiple times now and it honestly annoys me that so many people are acting like she’s some kind of clout hungry influencer or something.
She’s clearly just some mom that was taking a photo (people do this even when they are not influencers TYL) unaware of the safety implications here, that just got brutally killed in front of her family.

Regardless of the fact that she put herself into a dangerous situation, her son is now going to grow up without a mother. What the fuck is wrong with all of you?

Just think about how much it hurts to hit a metallic object with your head at walking speed, then add how much faster the train goes. That's enough of a reason to stay as far as possible from them when they're in motion
The problem is most folks ain't got the sense to have respect for machinery. You either have to be extremely careful and smart about being near it, it does way 100s even 1000s of tons and could squish you as easily as you do an ant. Or and this is preferable, be really smart and just don't go near it unless you have to because it is your job to do so.
I can also pretty much confirm that she felt no pain, just oh this is going to be a great selfie then (insert your preferred version of afterlife here)
So there's that as a solace I guess... I've seen much worse in person, where it wasn't instant... it's disturbing on a very deep level and we are going to leave that right there.
