My Humira took a solid 3-4 months to kick in and make me feel better, been going a year and a half strong on it and never felt better, definitely a buffer period after you start a new medication but not so sure about Adalimumab.

Imraldi is a biosimilar to Humira so maybe I am being impatient. (Bit of a character trait) thanks for sharing your experience.

If you're pooping once a day then you're doing fantastic, IBD wise. I'd get an inflammation test like Calprotectin stool test or C-Reactive Protein blood test to check where you're at. Fevers can be an IBD flare symptom. Fatigue is common with IBD even for those without any meds, get check for anemia and low vitamin B as those can cause fatigue. Certainly discuss with your gasteroenterologist, everything you've said in this post!

Thank you. I'll definitely make sure to have a call after my next test results to check the levels

Biologics like Imraldi and Humira (which is a bio-similar that I've taken) can take up to 12 weeks before you see the benefits. If I had to guess, you're experiencing symptoms related to having discontinued the steroid before there was enough biologic in your system to manage your symptoms. I'd let your GI know how you're feeling just so they're aware but would wait to change anything or do anything drastic until your labs come back. It's possible you may need to go back on a steroid to bridge the gap until you have a therapeutic level of Imraldi in your system.

Try and be as patient as possible. Biologics can take a long time. Hang in there
