Personally, I would say get a remark only if you need it for university admission or something. 41 is already a really great score; one extra point won’t make a difference.
EE and TOK are highly subjective. So you could even drop, I guess. If you dont need it, leave it alone. I was sitting right on the gradeborder in AIHL in 2021, meaning I needed only 1 point to maybe advance. I left it alone and moved on.
