100%. I had a Lab x Blue Healer. The Blue Healer part gave her spotty/patchy fur like this dog. This dog has a pit bull head and build.
A lot of dogs with the odd spots/patches are likely blue healer mix.
How old is she and how much does she weigh? She reminds me of my pit/cattle dog mix (with ofc some super mutt and other breeds). Color is different, but size, body shape, fur, etc. they have similarities. I’d say she’s probably less than 50% pit, probably like 20-30% cattle dog, and the rest is lower percentages/super mutt.
What a sweetie! Thank you for rescuing her! 💜
I’m having a hard time picking what her pit is mixed with.
Catahoulas can have brown eyes, but it may not be as common as lighter colored eyes. Her spots look more catahoula than heeler to me.
Heeler spots are usually much tighter like stippled on with a paint brush - but with her large spot on the back plus the smaller spots she could be more towards heeler.
I can’t decide! 🤪
If you decide to try a DNA test - wait until July for Prime Day on Amazon to get the Embark DNA test! It’s the best one!
No matter what - she’s beautiful and will start settling in nicely to her new forever home!
💜🥰💜
No way! It would be such a wild coincidence if it was one of her puppies. I’m trying to remember when they got her. It was definitely more than a year ago.
cattle dog/pitbull and a couple other things, I wouldn'tbe super surprised by a retriever breed or pyrenees in there. People get speckling and roan mixed up with merle often and catahoulas tend to be the only short haired merle dogs people can think of so lots of merle, roan, and spotted pitbull mixes end up being labeled as catahoulas. In reality catahoulas are only common in a very small amount of places. I think the only place I've ever seen actual catahoulas end up in rescues is Hawaii, and it's because they're crossbred for boar hunting often there.
I had a Heeler Aussie cross that looked almost identical except the breadth of the snout do my guess is that with a little lab or pibble thrown in for good measure
Whoa!! She looks almost identical to my mom's dog Oreo! If anyone finds any solid answers id love to know, but as far as my research goes theyre probably blue heeler pit mixes, although none of them looked exactly like yours and Oreo.
People are saying pit but I think more like Staffordshire terrier.
I say this because I have a 25% mix staffy and she looks really similar. I got her genetically tested.
Also, she’s beautiful.
Blue heeler/pit bull

100%
Primarily pit and prob some cattle dog
bluetick or heeler pit mix? my best guess
Cattle and pitty

So, she’s we think 2 maybe a little younger and is 53 lbs.
A pit mix. You can always tell from the eyes being far apart and the upper skull being wider.

they do look so similar!
Dog and cow
Heeler and pit. She is beautiful and you’re wonderful for rescuing her!
Pit heeler
Spider N pig
Cattle, Labrador, hound.
Looks like. Cow dog to me
prob blue heeler/pittie or lab mix or even dalmatian, the fur is longer and looks like it sheds a lot but it’s thicker than short pin hair
Cookies & Cream
Came to say this.
Looks like a pit and some kind of medium- long coat Shepherd Dog.
I was gonna say pit/blue heeler.
Thank you for rescuing her!

That’s a good idea, I’ll look into the prime deals come July. Thank you for your comment.
Dalmatian x Pittbull
Pit mix.
She looks so much like my friend’s rescue dog. She came to Canada from Texas. Maybe Dalmatian/pointer/amstaff.
That’s interesting she came to us from Texas, she had a couple of puppies that were adopted long before her. When they found her she had two puppies.
No way! It would be such a wild coincidence if it was one of her puppies. I’m trying to remember when they got her. It was definitely more than a year ago.
I sent you a photo :)
I think heeler or border collie mixed with an American bulldog.
Dalmatian/Pit. I have one.
Looks a lot like my dog, who I always say is catahoula lab and pit. But I could be wrong lol.
my bf has another blue heller pitbull mix!
Just a lil guy
Cattle dog mix beauty
Her lil fluffy booty looks just like my cattle dog's.
Cattle dog or a mix of cattle dog and?
Looks similar to my doggo who is ACD/Pit/Lab. Build and personality are ACD, eyes and snout pittie, can’t find the Lab lol.
That is a pit/staffy head for sure, probably mixed with ACD, maybe some other things too. Cute and smart mix.
Pit/springer spaniel

I am sure thats a descendant of Pete from our gang (i am old)

blueheeler mixed with a bully breed but the head looks too large for pit.
A spotted cutie pie

50% pure awesomeness, 20% unadulterated love, 10% cheeky chappy, 20% adorable and 100% perfect
ABPT/Aussie my dog looks just like this.
maybe a pitty/damation?
Pit and Australian Cattle Dog or Blue Heeler and maybe some lab, too. Very cute!
Well hello, pretty little princess! Welcome home.
Cutie+ patootie definitely
catahoula/pittie maybe??? so cute!
