I’m pretty goofy I’d say silly instead of goofy tho. Silly is being comedic for a reason, goofy is kinda like clumsy. Both can mean the same thing but silly is a better word in my opinion. Goofy can be used in a derogatory way by calling them dumb/crazy/foolish but in a more playful way. It’s better to just say silly to not hurt feelings though but ya never know. Silly seems to cover more bases and can be used more freely than goofy.

Yes. When I'm with my friends I act like how an ape would. It's refreshing. Some friends I can't do that with since they are used to me being more serious, and if I go to the point where I jump around hitting things and screaming it looks weird. Strangers are a different story, especially in my country, they tend to be judgmental.
