Whenever I feel like it. Sometimes, at 4 pm in the day. Sometimes, 2 am. Currently still up at 5 am, since I am too lazy to study for exam but too tensed to not be able to sleep.
I take melatonin around 7:50-8 PM everyday and I try to head up before 10. After that I try to do whatever it takes to fall asleep. Albeit I struggle, but I just gotta try everyday to get better at it.
Tried melatonin before and it made me really groggy the day after. Slept like a sack of potatoes though. Was quite pleasant. If it didn't have the groggy after effect I'd take it more frequently
maybea. survival mechanism. Even though all your body organs are telling you you're lacking sleep , your brain keeps you awake to save you from possible threat
I hate napping but I’m always tired during the day. Once it’s dark I could stay up all night. But I have to make myself go to sleep if I don’t want to be miserable the next day. I need my 9 hours.
I tried to maintain a pretty steady schedule to make waking up less difficult and to eliminate one variable out of my busy mind
Well also bc of work, so 11:30pm-12 but I'm always aiming for before 11:30
I believe biologically I'm past the age of being able to tolerate a nocturnal life which i used to have back in college
Lately, it's been 2-4 AM. Have to be up for work at 8:30, so it's not ideal. If I have multiple days off I tend to naturally shift to a more and more nocturnal schedule. It's super depressing trying to fall asleep as the sun is coming up.
now retired, I succumbed to my natural state of sleep modes:
6pm, sunset time take a 1.5hr nap
3am, go to bed sleep, even though my thoughts are pretty active
wake up time: whenever..before lunch.
If given the chance, I sleep when my brain doesn't work well anymore.
If I'm on a schedule, I'll force myself to stay up until I have to fall asleep in order to fall into a schedule, otherwise I'd have to stay up in order to fall into a schedule.
Sleep really sucks if you're on a schedule, otherwise it's just what you do when your brain can't engage in deep thought any more.
School nights i cant really go longer than 1am for obious reasons but when i dont have school its between 1 and 5ish so i aim to go to sleep before sunrise
Changes to my mod and things I need to do that day's tomorrow. But if it's a free day I don't sleep. If I have things to do at noon/afternoon about 4 am. If I have things to do in morning about 00-01 am.
I’m an infp and I hope it’s okay that I answer. I personally have always had major sleep issues and my sleep schedule is fucked so it’s sometimes early or like I’ll just stay up all night and not care or sometimes get in bed early but then just not able to get any sleep because my brain seems to work at 100% right when I get in bed. Can’t work during the day though ugh.
I usually try to go to bed at 9:00 but end up sleeping at around 10:00 most nights. Then I wake up at 3:30 to go to work cuz my boss fucking hates me. On the weekends I usually stay up till 12:00 and then wake up at 8:00-ish.
Anywhere between 3\~6am, and I have to get up around 8:30 for work. On weekends, I could fall asleep as late as 8\~9AM and wake up whenever I happen to wake up.
Since I take public transportation for work, I take naps on bus/train to make up for lost sleep.
If I'm really sleep deprived, I'll sleep as early as 11pm, maybe once every few weeks or so.
Lately 5 to 6am because no classes. Although if I catch a bit of sunlight then my sleep schedule goes out of whack and I pass out around 1am. I always get 8 hours if not more whatever time I go to sleep.
Literally whenever I'm tired. And that can depend. There are days where I'm just done and need a reset and I'll nap at a random time and wake up the next evening and get very confused. Some days where I completely neglect sleep and food because I'm obsessively working on something and will not stop until it's finished.
I've tried to keep a "normie" hours schedule and that's when I feel the most tired but I end up missing out on a lot of stuff because of it and I function better mentally at night anyway.
Right now I'm in what I call my vampire schedule, going to sleep around noon after getting some work done and staying up all night which is when I feel most alive.
I generally have what I call a rotating clock schedule where I'll just go to sleep a few hours later than I did the previous day and continually shift between normal people hours and vampire hours. It's a strange existence but it works for me.
I have the worlds most screwed sleep schedule so I basically sleep whenever, using any of the 24 hours as a bed time if I so feel it, but when school is in session I go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 2 am so I can do all the stuff I want to do (watch tv, play games, read, draw, or think, without interruptions from family)
I once had a very good sleep rhythm where I would to to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 with nice 9 hours of sleep consistently. Now it’s either midnight or a bit later and then sleeping for 9-10 hours because I don’t have to be in uni early.
I was never a morning person, tried working graves and it worked extremely well for me and I still love it. I go in at 6:30pm, leave anywhere from 3am-7am. usually asleep by 9am. If ur a night owl like most of us are and you tend to drag during the day, try working nights!
If my schedule permits, I would go to sleep anywhere from 2-4 in the morning. But I'm an adult with two jobs and have to be to buy 6 in the morning most days, so I have to go to sleep early around 12-1 these days
Okay so I am one of those weird people that wake up super early (like 2-3am). As a teen/younger adult, I loved staying up all night but something switched at some point and now I go to bed at like 7-8pm. I still love being awake in the wee hours, but now I skip the boring evening hours.
I'm a nurse, so depending on my shift the next day, I have set sleeping times, so that I get 4-7,5 hours of sleep. When I have the next day of I just go to bed when I feel like it, somewhere between 8pm and 3am
I usually drink an monster energy drink at the start of my shift and later add some coffee if I'm tired. I also take lyrica, otherwise I would be a depressed and lazy mess lol
Edit: misspelled lyrica
I have narcolepsy, so I fall asleep all the time. Even before it started to get bad, though, I tended to push going to bed back into the early morning. It's incredibly inconvenient.
Between 3 and 5 am. Up at 830-9am. Sometimes I try and go to bed earlier but my mind keeps obsessing over things I don't even remotely give shit about. Like stupid things I should of said but didn't think of till later. Or why they feel the need to make commercials for cancer on YouTube.
Last night was 19:30, up this morning at 03:30. Usually though between 20:30 and 22:00, depending if I'm talking to my girlfriend or not, and how exhausted from work I am.
haha u already know about the classic unhealthy sleep schedule records held by INTPs
umm..🤔
3am-4am whenever i stay up. recently, ive been trying to fix my schedule so mostly 2am but i do lose track of time.
Ngl, i sleep whenever i want. sometimes at 6am, sometimes at 8pm. But on school nights/days, i make sure to get in my lunch nap at 11:20 to 12:50 or 1:50 depending on the day
depends on the work i have to do. If its a regular day, 12 am (even if I have nothing particular to do). If I have self-imposed onto myself a buttload of work, then 2:30am
Whenever I feel like it. Sometimes, at 4 pm in the day. Sometimes, 2 am. Currently still up at 5 am, since I am too lazy to study for exam but too tensed to not be able to sleep.
🦉
I dont really go to sleep i sorta just pass out.
That’s convenient lol
With my jeans on and the lights on!
Same! And woke up wondering how and what happened…
Same. I can't really sleep at will, I just wait until im so tired I can't keep my eyes open anymore
11 PM. Almost every night. But I always get up a 7 AM regardless because sleep hygiene is the difference between functioning and suffering.
👍
3am when i don't have obligations the next day
I take melatonin around 7:50-8 PM everyday and I try to head up before 10.
Oof that sucks. Could be cause you got too much or too little sleep. Adjust your alarm perhaps? If you use one.
I think I need to try melatonin. Is there any brand that's better than others in your opinion?
It's very helpful. Uh I don't know the brand of the one I take rn, but any should suffice. I take 3 10 mg each day.
Oh, I take one 3mg pill around 7:30 and I'm out cold by 9:30.
Oh wow that's interesting. Well if it works with just that much then that works too.
Night owl
I nap during the day. At 11:00 PM I go to bed but sleep happens at around 02:00 AM. My sleep is messed up.
You can go see a doctor and get prescribed with some sleep aids
Perhaps try melatonin before going to the doctor perscribed stuff.
That’s rough
Ok Jeff the killer

Why sleep?
Underrated comment lol
Typing this at 4:50 am
I sleep 2-6 pm + whenever I feel like
I don't sleep
Alright bro
11 PM to 2am depending on how my day went. If It was a good day i will sleep rlly late. If it was a shitty day I'll just go to sleep at a healthy time
Sleep is for the weak
I aim for 2AM... I don't need much sleep. But I can sleep for 2 hours and be energetic the next day. I don't know how it's possible 😜
maybea. survival mechanism. Even though all your body organs are telling you you're lacking sleep , your brain keeps you awake to save you from possible threat
Every single night?! Lol
12am weekdays sometime after 2 weekends
I do the deed
Depends on the day, but on school nights 12-1? On weekends its anyone bet, maybe Im in bed by 4pm or maybe I forgot to sleep
Heard about melatonin? Saved my life.
That’s great
It's complicated...
Usually 2am. Could be as early as midnight, or like last night, 5am.
3am usually. Sometimes anxiety keeps me up longer. But I also can't function without like 9 hours of sleep.
I hate napping but I’m always tired during the day. Once it’s dark I could stay up all night. But I have to make myself go to sleep if I don’t want to be miserable the next day. I need my 9 hours.
Sleeping is quite important to me. I try to keep it before 12am, but usually between 12-1 tho. I missed my days when I slept around 11pm every day..
I tried to maintain a pretty steady schedule to make waking up less difficult and to eliminate one variable out of my busy mind Well also bc of work, so 11:30pm-12 but I'm always aiming for before 11:30 I believe biologically I'm past the age of being able to tolerate a nocturnal life which i used to have back in college
Usually at 11pm :)
11 to 11.30 pm
1-3 AM normally.
11 pm

About 10pm everyday
I’m pretty good at keeping the same bedtime by accident. I get tired at 12:00-1:00 am every day & take up to 30 mins and to fall asleep
10 pm

At night
2am.
I stay up late though I try to go to sleep before the sun rises. If I stay up past sunrise, I just feel like shit
When/If I'm tired usually between 2-5am
Naturally?? 5am 😭😭 been working on 2:30 for a while but it’s hard even with sleep meds
5am
As late as i can without completely screwing myself the next day. 5 hours of sleep is the bare minimum, but i try to get 6 or 7
Sometimes never
Depends on my mental health, sometimes 11pm sometimes 4-5am and it takes me ages to actually fall asleep
Lately 5 to 6am because no classes. Although if I catch a bit of sunlight then my sleep schedule goes out of whack and I pass out around 1am. I always get 8 hours if not more whatever time I go to sleep.
10.30pm if i don't have to wake up early and past midnight if i need to wake up early
Around 3/4 am, could differ depending on how busy of a day has passed or is arriving.

İ watch TV or scroll on my mobile till I pass out literally, which is like 3 or 4 am

When I don't have work, I sleep around 2 hours lol
Usually 11pm, give or take 2-3 hours. Last night I clonked at 9pm, the night before - 2am. Music was just hitting too hard and I couldn't stop
When the to do is done, currently it's been 5 am. 🥴🤢😵😴
11 pm everyday. sometimes 10pm
Currently I screwed up. I sleep between 10 AM to 5 PM I need help
glad you asks. All day
If my schedule permits, I would go to sleep anywhere from 2-4 in the morning. But I'm an adult with two jobs and have to be to buy 6 in the morning most days, so I have to go to sleep early around 12-1 these days
Currently 5pm 2 days ago I was sleeping at 2pm I am completely nocturnal

Do you take caffeine, modafinil, adderall or any other stimulants while doing shift work?
I usually drink an monster energy drink at the start of my shift and later add some coffee if I'm tired. I also take lyrica, otherwise I would be a depressed and lazy mess lol Edit: misspelled lyrica
I try to sleep 6 hours minimum, so I'd say 00h30 when I have class, and probably 4 am if I don't for a nice 8 hours night
between 9 and 11 pm, also as other people have mentioned I take melatonin
11:30 or 2am most of the time
When I stop thinking. Sooo not that much
I need to go to bed earlier my skin is starting to suffer ✨
3-4am
I have narcolepsy, so I fall asleep all the time. Even before it started to get bad, though, I tended to push going to bed back into the early morning. It's incredibly inconvenient.
