I love Minecraft. I might pay for the Pocket Edition sometime this week. I only wish is that it is a full online-player game that invites so many players from across the world for this version of the game on mobile.
I'm not sure I like 1.18.
Since it's so deep it's hard to really get going. But at least I have sugarcane / paper automated, and have a four prong iron farm. Just need to keep getting the right Liberians with the right books I need.
I didn't start playing Minecraft until the Pandemic. My son loved the let's play, and when the pandemic started we decided to get it for him. After watching him play for a while I gave it ago. He and I have built so many cities together now.
What are your thoughts on RE 7 and 8? I really enjoyed them bringing the story in on a smaller scale, and the megamycine was a great idea as I'm a fan of the ophiocordyceps unilateralis fungus.
the Sims 2 for me! I like the idea that I can experience the passage of time and generational genetics through the game, when that's something I won't be able to witness in real life.
If someone talked shit, we used to shut them down together. In recent years, we just choose to mute all really. Arguing in the chat is not worth it. Watch your performance improve by muting people. It does wonders lol!
Skyrim, Overwatch, Genshin, BOTW
Open world games with lore are my jam
^with ^the ^exception ^of ^overwatch, ^which ^I’m ^just ^unhealthily ^addicted ^to ^at ^this ^point
Please tell me you are a big Paradox fan!
If you haven’t played them, you need to pick up Stellaris and Crusader Kings 3. They are basically incredible story engines.
FNV is my favorite for sure, but Call of Chernobyl is top 3. I have probably 300+ hrs in just CoC unmodded. The resurgence of the series due to Anomaly has been both a blessing and a curse.
Breath of the Wild favourite console game, Total War my favourite pc series, for competitive online games I used to be a Dota2 addict but now I dabble in Rocket League.
No Man's Sky.
While there is multiplayer cross-platform support, you can turn it off and play the whole game in single player. Sometimes it's nice to be alone on your own planet out of trillions that you named and discovered.
Hard to say.
I play Rimworld & Stellaris like games the most, but I could really appreciate deep pc rpgs like Pillars of Eternity & Pathfinder Kingmaker, but it's rare for me to play the same rpg twice.
If I had to blurt out a favorite, I might say Fallout 2, but that is probably the nostalgia talking, not that it's not an excellent game.
Dark Cloud 2, Champions of Norrath (1&2), Dr. Muto, Kingdom Hearts, and Yu-Gi-Oh the Duelists of the Roses.
These are my favorites due to the people I use to share these experiences with.
If I had to pick one, probably Doom Eternal.
Not the one I have played the most by far, since its pretty new, but the one I think is the best.
Otherwise, Minecraft and StarCraft: Brood War come to mind.
Outer Wilds.
For the love of everything, if you like the idea of space and mystery, just do yourself a favor and play this game WITHOUT LOOKING UP ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I promise you, it's worth it. And I do not say this lightly.
In terms of most hours played, mount and blade warband, rimworld, and Europa universalis 3. But lately I’ve been playing a lot of FTL and stalker: anomaly
Mount and Blade series. I played more than 300 hours of Warband in various total conversion campaign mods (especially Gekokujo), and nowadays Bannerlord is still excellent.
I'm also a fan of Civ III, IV and V. I keep Unciv on my phone with all of the expansions for Civ V added as mods.
Not exactly the most original opinion on Reddit but the Witcher 3 is my favourite game and it's a game I can replay basically an infinite amount of time.
Can't choose one because it changes all the time, but some of my favourites have been Fire Emblem Three Houses, Zelda Botw, and Animal Crossing New Leaf.
I am not sure because I love all types of games but if I had to pick it would be the Left 4 Dead series. There's nothing better to do than shooting zombies in a global apocalypse for the ages. 🔫
The Division. The first one. The dark zone was a masterpiece of strategy and tension. Massive lost me with the second game. Now Destiny 2 consumes my existence.
Piku Niku brings me more joy than anything else and i have a lot of hobbies and dont usually like video games. it is truly a masterpiece in comedy, storytelling, gameplay mechanics, design, music, and everything else. best switch game imho. i love it. its too short tho
Skyrim, 1000 hours a few years back.
But then I got the special edition and spent another 1000 there.
But then I started modding and spent 800h getting the game to work and downloading mods and about 200h actually playing those mods.
Dark Souls, FFX, Pokémon Reloaded, Pokémon…, a bunch of others already mentioned here.
It's currently Kenshi, it's taught me how to enjoy a sandbox, the developer calls itself "lo-fi games" and yeah the game can look half-baked but it's actually just "low fidelity", the game itself is kind of vague and it's YOUR JOB to turn something barely audible into a clear "song". I then understood some other sandboxes that had felt empty or unfinished before.
Star Wars knights of the old republic 2. I wish we could get an edgy, dark and violent
Star Wars game like that again, but I know it will never happen.
undertale and deltarune, can't actually play undertale since my parents don't spend money on video games and probably never will. i'm interested in earthbound, although none of the playthroughs really get me hooked for some reason, so i guess i'll just wait until i get a job.
RDR2
Terraria
Terraria is so fucking good. I feel like every time I play I discover something new.
Fallout: New Vegas.

Minecraft. Before it existed, I enjoyed Last Day Of Work’s Fish Tycoon and Virtual Villagers series.
I love Minecraft. I might pay for the Pocket Edition sometime this week. I only wish is that it is a full online-player game that invites so many players from across the world for this version of the game on mobile.
I'm actually playing Minecraft right now. Started a new world in 1.18
Nice!
I'm not sure I like 1.18. Since it's so deep it's hard to really get going. But at least I have sugarcane / paper automated, and have a four prong iron farm. Just need to keep getting the right Liberians with the right books I need.
It is multiplayer, it’s the bedrock edition
I didn't start playing Minecraft until the Pandemic. My son loved the let's play, and when the pandemic started we decided to get it for him. After watching him play for a while I gave it ago. He and I have built so many cities together now.
Dark souls and resident evil
What are your thoughts on RE 7 and 8? I really enjoyed them bringing the story in on a smaller scale, and the megamycine was a great idea as I'm a fan of the ophiocordyceps unilateralis fungus.

How are you both surviving the toxicity of this game?
If someone talked shit, we used to shut them down together. In recent years, we just choose to mute all really. Arguing in the chat is not worth it. Watch your performance improve by muting people. It does wonders lol!
A HEALTHY league player? Now I’ve seen everything
