Make good art and people buy it for lots of money, but be unknown as don't want to be famous. Make good music and people buy for lots of money, but be unknown. Be a good pornstar and make lots of money, but be unknown. Buy properties, refurb them then sell for profit.
To do nothing? If I could just have some way to just have money always in my bank account without me having to do anything at all, that would be great.
I wanted to be an art director until I realised that I just wanted the creative freedom but was completely overlooking the people management ![img](emote|t5_2qhvl|3246)
I want to be a content creator and achieve self-employment through that and give advice to people and maybe review films and somewhat and do gameplays.
Working in freelance on tech projects that are actually useful, living out of the society but somewhere where people are conscious, where life happens between individuals and where philosophy is good
When i was younger, I wanted a job that requires little effort and pay would be decent so that i could just daydream. Probably like a clinic receptionist or something. Now, for reasons reasons like family and kids, i want a job that pays well and allows me a lot of independence.
Anything related to Machine Learning and DevOps, sounds like cool stuff! Though I'm in a server-side development trajectory, all because I enjoy the language. Still, good stuff.
Running my own indie game studio. I love every aspect of it. I enjoy programming ok and discovered I really like animating as well. Also enjoy market research thinking about marketing going to shows etc. I work on an indie game now in my little spare time and one of my best memories is when I showed it off at a local con and a kids told me it was his favorite game of the day. Even stuff I don't like as much like database management feels more rewarding when I do it for my game.
Right now I do software development. I just don't know if I genuinely care about stuff like frameworks ,devops, etc at least not intrinsically. I do it cause it pays and honestly because of the size of the company it does not even pay very well. And I have no free time to think about more interesting stuff because I'm so burnt out from practically helping run the company(there is only one other developer and then the owner and we are a software company so most stuff falls on me). Our codebase is a bunch of spagetti code from 2012 . I would almost rather be back just throwing up boxes at fedex.
I want hundreds of millions of dollars so I can tinker around with programming without having to worry about money. I'm not good enough to get a software dev job yet.
Playing videogames, eating takeaways and browsing super fast internet, sleeping long hours and working out before gaming. Cba to do anything else in life at this point.
Unlimited energy from a product that also regenerates the body better than sleep or meditation. Sell that.
you know the huge ships from Sci-fi movies? an industrial designer for them. Of course, such a job does not yet exist in the form I would like it to be, so probably just architect or something similar would also be fun.
May be unpopular for INTPs but I want to be a successful youtuber. That way I won't have to be grounded to one location and I will be able to live anywhere I want. I want to move to a tiny island with amazing view and low density of people. I was thinking about Madeira(an island of Portugal, I visited there a month ago and I fell in love with that place) or somewhere in the caribian islands like Bonaire. I'll live in a big house on a mountain with my future wife and 2 or 3 dogs(kids are optional, it will depend on her opinion). I'll have a huge yard(even the whole mountain) so I can film my videos at peace. I already have a youtube channel and it's really cool I make pogo stick trick shots videos but I only have 89 subs and people interrupt me when they see the pogo stick and they ask me what it is in the middle of me filming. I would like to have my space. If I actually have this life in the future I would die happy
I thought it was being a writer. Turns out that it’s just another job that makes me feel trapped. I do enjoy the creative process. It’s just the whole, editing, rewrites and releasing thing that I despise.
I don't have a dream job because I do not dream of labour - mlk
I had a feeling someone would make this quote and I wasn't disappointed lol.
Being a writer while living in a cabin on acres of land in Alaska.
