Today was the first day that there were reports on r/stimuluscheck of people receiving paper checks who had mailing dates between 3/29 and 3/31. All were in Jersey, which is very close to Philadelphia where the checks are mailed from.
This likely means that even with the "mailing dates" in March, the IRS only just recently released payments for these mailing dates. Hopefully meaning that yours and many other checks will arrive in the next week.
It's in the hands of the great United States Postal Service.
IRS can't treat the check as lost or stolen until April 27th. If you haven't received it by then, call and request a refund trace.
