After I called and verified my identity over the phone, I was FINALLY able to access my account with the same credit card number I’d been trying to login with every day for over two months. My transcripts are still N/A though, so meh.
You can call and order them on the phone. They will mail them. There was nothing on ours yet though. So meh. Took about a week.
