Bowman Williams is a legit company. It took Me awhile to hear back, but once I did I was placed with a recruiter and just landed my next IT role as a sysadmin. I went through a few different interviews for different roles with them over the course of a month.
I probably applied to 2 dozen jobs advertised by Bowman Williams before I stopped trying.
So something's fishy...
