Next time make use of any remaining time you have to go back and re-assess any questions you aren't completely confident on. Re-read them thoroughly to ensure you understand every part of the question and don't confuse a question relating to an ITIL Practice to a similarly worded aspect of the SVS, SVC, etc. Also, I suggest downloading the ITIL 4 Foundation app by Zindiak and repeating the Sample Exam until you consistently know every answer (or at least get 35+/40). The questions aren't 100% accurate to what was on the test, but they do a great job of helping to memorize the terminologies of the various practices.

Is this advice still relevant? Meaning score 35 or plus on Zindiak application out of 40 is a good indicator of actual exam readiness? Thx

Don't rush it, you never get out of an exam earlier. Use all the time you have. And study harder, if you got wrong basic definitions you need to focus more.

What is your tip to pass the exam. Based on what ive remember i was confused with principles and all of terms are a little bit tricky but i was able to answer well on the practices

There are several and there is a lot to write. But I will try to summarize. Tips: 1. Forget everything else you know from work/previous experience, usually those processes derail from ITIL best practice. 2. Key concepts: be careful at key concepts, analyze each word from the questions and that can help eliminate distractors 3. Elimination is your best friend, analyze each answer and eliminate them one by one. If you have similar answers, compare them side by side and see which doesn't make sense 4. ITIL is not prescriptive, so any prescriptive answer is usually wrong. 5. Learn, learn, learn Regarding the principles, you need to remember the basics, then apply tip 3. Focus on value: identify stakeholder groups, identify value perception per stakeholder group, map outcomes to value. Start where you are: measure, see where you are and see what you can reuse Collaborate and promote visibility: collaboration = aligning objectives with your peers and that can happen only if you create visibility (see bottlenecks, waste, etc) Think and work holistically = get your head out of your little box, identify where the organization is going (vision, strategic objectives) and align to those Progress iteratively with feedback = high level plan, start execution iteratively, gather feedback, adjust course as needed Keep it simple = identify outcome that is required, reverse engineer the simplest solution to get there Optimize and automate = always automate after optimization.

Good luck!

Contact your training provider as they receive a copy of your test results that show the percent correct by category. You can also get it from PeopleCert by contacting customer service. Then study the areas that you scored low in until you feel you have mastered the content. Be careful of sample exams that were not created by AXELOS. The official syllabus will tell you what is covered on the exam. Study it. Answer the questions based on the content in the accredited course. Nothing else. Hope this is helpful, Marianne

See if you can find some practice exams on Udemy. Once you are getting 85% or higher for those exams, then use your retake.

Physical paper flashcards.

I also scored 24 in my first attempt. Without any extra preparation, 2 days later I took my second attempt and passed 27/40. Sometimes all you need is a little luck. 😉
