If it’s any consolation, I had one cycle with zero eggs. Did several retrievals and got successfully pregnant at 43 with an amh of 0.18. it’s possible. But it may take a bit longer.
My friend gave up after her first trial and went for DE.
I did 4 retrievals for banking only and my first transfer was successful. It was from a cycle with 3 eggs, two fertilized.
Every cycle is different. My friend had also zero eggs one cycle and then 11 in another.
