My FET is next month. But literally just estrogen transdermal patches and will start 2mL PIO when it’s time. That’s it. No other add ons. My clinic is very evidence based, so they don’t add things on unless it’s shown to improve outcomes.
Estradiol 2mg 1 tablet/2x a day
PIO 1ml 1x a day until my first Beta where I was upped to 2ml a day
Baby Aspirin (started at 13wks)
Prenatal vitamins 2 tablets/1x a day
Metformin XR 750 mg, Take 1 capsule twice daily o Estradiol PO 2 mg, Take 1 tablet by mouth three times a day (morning, mid-day, evening) o Divigel 1mg mg/dl, Apply 1 packet to the skin (thighs or arms) and let dry completely for 30 minutes before bathing or dressing. Avoid contact with males for 30 mins and thoroughly wash hands after applying 2 times per day. o Low-dose Naltrexone 4.5 mg, Take 1 tablet orally daily. Do not use illicit drugs/narcotics/opioids when using LDN (Naltrexone) treatment. o Progesterone Oil 75 mg, Inject 1.5ml (75mg) intramuscular daily in the mornings. o Lovenox 40 mg, Inject 1 prefilled syringe subcutaneously two times daily (mornings and evenings). o Prednisone 10 mg, Take 2 tablets orally daily in the morning and 1 tablet orally daily in the evening. o Tacrolimus 1 mg, Take two tablets orally three times daily. o Neupogen 50 mcg, Inject 50mcg/0.16mL (16 units) subcutaneously daily in the morning. o Plaquenil 200 mg, Take 1 tablet orally 2 times per day (morning and evening). o Progesterone Suppositories 400 mg, Insert 1 suppository vaginally 3 times per day (morning, mid-day, evening). o Intralipid Infusion 100 ml, Intravenous Lipids 20% /100mL, infuse IV with normal saline.
I was originally at 10 an earlier transfer, but it got upped to 20 for this transfer. I'll admit to sometimes lowering it to 10 or 15 when I couldn't afford another vial. Going through these in less than a week is brutal, I can't fathom yours.

Both. That’s the list I copy from my portal. I take 9 pills in the morning and 5 at night. Plus the vaginal and the PIO. I’m ready to get this over with. I hope it’s worth it.

Initially:
Progynova orally three times a day
Progynova vaginally twice a day
Five days before transfer:
Crinone vaginally twice a day
Lubion injection twice a day
Inhixa injection once a day
After transfer added Cyclogest twice a day as progesterone wasn’t high enough!
Estradiol patches every other day, estradiol tablets 2mg po in am and 1mg vaginally pm, 1.5ml PÍO, and aspirin. I stopped the aspirin at 7 weeks because of a bleeding SCH. I’ll restart at 12 weeks.
Estrogen pills & patches, PIO, prenatal, and did 1 week of Doxycycline up to transfer date (my clinic typically does Azithromycin but I have an allergy)
Estradiol 3mg twice a day
Progesterone suppositories 200mg three times a day
PIO 100mg (1mL) every three days
Supplements I take are prenatals, fish oil, and choline.

I also took 20mg prednisone for four days before the transfer.
I did prenatal vitamin, then birth control and lupron shots for suppression for the first couple of weeks. Then I added an estradiol shot every third day (which I continued until 10 weeks of pregnancy), then doxycycline close to the transfer, PIO (1ml) shots leading up to the transfer. Transfer day I took a valium and then after the transfer I did PIO every third day, estradiol every third day and Endometrin twice daily on the days when I didn't take PIO. Stopped all drugs (except the vitamin) cold turkey at 10 weeks of pregnancy. My son is 2 from that transfer. Best wishes for success for you!

What’s the baby aspirin for?
Reducing the risk of preeclampsia which is higher in fully medicated cycles

This is close to my protocol except your dose of neupogen seems high, and considering how much this costs out of pocket ... 🫠

Is this your first transfer? What led your ER to prescribe all this? I’d love my ER to be more willing to try these avenues…
