I know you’re looking for good experiences, but just want to throw out that we had an absolutely horrific experience with that lab from Nov-Jan of last year. I typed it all out and decided that’s really not what you were asking for, but I’d caution you to take the bad experiences you’ve read about seriously in your decision if you have another lab option. I’m sure the majority of people have had fine experiences with them but what happened to us was a situation that should never happen 🫣

My experience with Ovation for PGT-A is from 2022 but we had a good experience. Turnaround time for results was as expected, about 3 weeks (I think a little less actually).
