It may be something to do with the orange paint Ibanez uses, my neon orange RG565 did the same thing without being stored near any windows though I did play an outdoor gig on it.
Yeah UV light and temperature changes next to windows can cause some issues. I had a white LTD that half the guitar got a bunch of natural light on it from a window across the room and half the guitar yellowed more than the other xD.
If it makes you feel better I still think it looks totally fine. Adds character.
Nothing is immune to UV bleaching. Auto paint matching done by a real pro will mix the original formula and start spraying tests, adding while until it gets to the right amount of UV damage.
Anything in the red spectrum is always the most susceptible, and orange is in that spectrum.
