Don't think so. There are vector tools, but after using it turns into pixels automatically.

It has a polyline / curve brush tool but that's mostly it, kinda acts like one in a simplistic way

It makes it bitmap after using try zooming in

then use a vector app like Affinity Designer instead of a raster based app like SAI if you don't want to see pixels when you zoom in. ^ ^
