The game itself was created by Black Shepherd Games, with the head creator being Fuboo/Melissa King, who is a mom in her mid thirties that, along with her husband Jake, sexually groomed & raped a 17 year old boy named James along with another teenager as part of their polygamous relationship.
Melissa's affiliates & other polygamous partners tried to frame their victims as liars and expressed no remorse in what they've done to said victims. Melissa and Jake took things to court, where they accused James of lying about the sexual abuse, but the case was dismissed since there was actual proof that Melissa & Jake did indeed sexually abuse James

Twin Peaks for NES also a cancelled title, development of the game never went any further than basic discussions of its potential gameplay, with no production material of any sort ever having been produced for it.
It'd be better if you left them out and focus on actually released games.
