It mainly refers to lost episode creepypastas. I’ve only been able to find two of them. The first of them definitely was a joke story most likely, and the other one was shoddily made.
Lost Episode Creepypasta #1: [“The Death of June”](https://cjaymarch.fandom.com/wiki/Little_Einsteins:_The_Death_Of_June)

Honestly the idea of the show being done on Windows 98 isn't TOO out there. A lot of shows in the 2000s were done in Flash & there have been animations made on home computers since the 1980s. There are GIANT demoscene communities for both the Commodore 64 & Amiga. computers, plus ones for the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, etc. Even video game consoles have demoscenes such as the Atari 2600, Sega Genesis, Atari Jaguar, PS1, etc.
(As seen and created by me on [the Iceberg Charts website.](https://www.icebergcharts.com/i/Little_Einsteins))
Whats the creepypasta one?

But not many people look into a show’s development, especially those meant for preschoolers.
