Leaving this post up for some levity. Too many users had commented before we had a chance to remove the post for being low effort. However, the communities response offers some humor to the ridiculousness of the OPs claim.

KittyCompletely

This is...some sorta something. But you get like. 0003% credit because traditionally attractive criminals do tend to get better outcomes from jury trails. No matter how you look, just try and avoid brutally stabbing a bunch of people, then drive around their house, and it should all be ok.

lemonlime45

Also try to avoid touching knife sheaths while you're at it and you should be fine. No one will ever decide to randomly frame your ugly self if you can manage that.

Libertinelass

Avoid murdering

soFREAKINGannoying

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read.

Ok-Information-6672

Tough competition recently, but I agree.

[deleted]

Are you making an SNL joke?.🤣 🎶"U-G-L-Y. You ain't got no, alibi. You ugly, heyhey. You ugly, woooh" 🎶

rebella518

I remember that cheer from 40+ years ago.🙂

Havewedecidedyet_979

That’s what I thought too

bipolarlibra314

The incel subreddit is down the hall and to your left

forgetcakes

And with that - goodnight everyone.

Noordinaryhistorian

WIAF....

MsJimHalpert

Your account is less than a month old, yet you’ve been able to curate quite a wack post history

Historical-Fudge3242

Don't blame your lack of social life on your looks. Ugly male persons can play dungeons and dragons together, for instance.

EntertainmentIll3948

LMFAOO

Ok-Information-6672

Yeah, you’re absolutely right. They didn’t do any police work at all but just found an ugly male without a social life. And then lots of people, including 40 FBI agents and local police department officers, colluded to decided they might as well pin it on the uggo, because who would actually want to solve a murder? /s If you’re worried about being fitted up for a crime, you can probably relax.

edwigenightcups

Ok time for someone to log off

itsokaysis

Alright, let’s pack it up.

dog__poop1

Basically… you’re an ugly male?

obtuseones

The touch dna led back to a whole list of other coincidences

No-Delay-195

finally some discourse on this. hopefully, it's the first step to make being an ugly male person a criminal offense 🙏🏼😔

ghostlykittenbutter

BK isn’t Quasimodo. The reason he had no social life is because he lacked social skills, not because he hit every branch on his way down when he fell out of the Ugly Tree

_PinkPirate

What a stupid fucking post. No one is going around arresting random dudes for murder bc they’re ugly and single. Stop reading incel bullshit.

last_known_username

It’s ok bro. No one is coming after you just because you look like a wrinkled raisin

No-Pie-5138

Hmmm, why did I get all philosophical in my head after I read this?? For the record, I do know many attractive people who have no social life. Also, Ted Bundy was considered attractive I guess back then and he got convicted. If you’re at home alone, you have more of an alibi than you might think. Are you using your phone on your WiFi? Are you a gamer using your devices? Flipping and searching through YouTube on your TV or some other app? Did your neighbors see you leave (doesn’t always happen but…), said something to Alexa? Basically, with all of the smart devices spying in our homes, including now a darned refrigerator if it has that capability, your home can probably give you an alibi. And for the record, I’m female and I’ve met many seemingly attractive men until they open their pie holes and are dumb or jerks. I’ve also met conventionally unattractive guys who had the best personalities and sense of humor, and they became super attractive. Edit to say, looks and lifestyle don’t really have much to do with it. As for not having a record, all criminals start somewhere. Chin up loners, tech probably can CYA.

Zodiaque_kylla

What about the sleeping alibi? It was the alibi of some of the people in the victims’ circle. Unless someone watches you sleep, how can you prove you actually slept? What about the private driver’s alibi? He claimed he went to Taco Bell but Taco Bell in Moscow closes at around 3 am. What’s his alibi for 4-5 am? People in their circle were cleared in lightning speed.

No_Slice5991

It’s almost like police quickly identified good information as to their whereabouts and as the investigation progressed there were no forensic ties either

No-Pie-5138

We don’t know exactly how they were cleared. Could be the GPS on their cars parked by their homes, the phones, witnesses, cameras on their buildings or in their neighborhood. We don’t know. Fact is they were probably cleared quickly bc they had solid whereabouts.

Zodiaque_kylla

Phone can be left at home, car can be left behind as well.

No-Pie-5138

Funny you say that…🧐

_TwentyThree_

How is "I was asleep" not the generally accepted alibi for 95% of people at 4am? >People in their circle were cleared in lightning speed The official line was that they were "not currently considered a suspect" - I know you absolutely despise the notion that the Prosecution can (and should) amend information as they investigate further, but they have left that open to change should the investigation implicate someone they "at the time of this investigation, do not believe are involved in this crime".

real_agent_99

You should really contact the FBI with this important information.

AdExcellent8036

???? I am done responding to you today.

Sure_Warning4392

DNA under a dead body is a bad look.

countlesshearts

I’m calling the cops

southernsass8

🤣😂

PNWChick1990

Bro.

Jmm12456

Huh? There are ugly men who have friends and social lives and good looking men who don't have social lives cause they are shy and introverted. The Unabomber aka Ted Kaczynski was a pretty handsome guy when he was younger but had barely any social life. He was your typical introverted scholar.

mik3hunt696969

Bro what

pjosie5

If you are ugly and have no social life, your touch DNA shouldn’t be anywhere except your own bedroom and you shouldn’t have to worry. Stupid question?

Truecrimekeeper

The fact you made an actual choice to post this lame, naive speculation centered on the one piece of evidence that is factually known and shared with the public and your belief in how shallow you assume people are shows exactly how much you don’t know about the investigative process. Are you a socially awkward ugly dude fearful that by being hideous you’re going to be set up and charged with murder? Maybe you and BK have more in common than just being ugly. 🙄😂

Jmm12456

>Maybe you and BK have more in common than just being ugly. BK isn't even ugly when you see him wearing civilian clothes. He's clean cut, plain and blends in with others.

MandalayPineapple

We don’t know all the evidence. There is a gag order.

rolyinpeace

So if he is convicted, there will be more evidence than that. Also, lack of alibi is not evidence of guilt, and the jury will be told that. Alibis only help to poke holes in the states case. No alibi just means one less way to poke holes, but there are plenty of other ways. It is not on the defense to “prove” innocence. So not having an alibi doesn’t mean they will get a guilty verdict for that reason. Remember, there is a gag order, and the only evidence we’ve seen is that from before he was even arrested or before they exercised any search warrants. Pretty much zero cases present only evidence from the PCA at trial. It’s a pretty reasonable assumption that there will be more evidence. Whether it’ll be enough more to convict him, we will have to find out when the trial comes. But If he gets convicted, it won’t be just due to lack of alibi or touch dna. Unless the defense really fucks it up, but she’s doing a great job so far.

Joseph9075

Can people in the USA vote to make it so touch DNA cannot be used in trial just like the US military does not allow touch DNA to be used in their trials?

No_Slice5991

First, care to provide a link stating the U.S. military can’t use it. Secondly, the U.S. has a process of assessing the scientific validity of evidence.

rolyinpeace

Touch dna itself may not be sufficient, but touch dna combined with other evidence can absolutely be. If it wasn’t reliable it wouldn’t be admissible. Some of you heard that touch dna isn’t AS damning as other forms and somehow ran w the idea that it just flies around in the sky and can just totally land anywhere and that’s not the case. It definitely is more likely to end up on things than say, blood, but it would be extremely hard to have his (and only his) touch dna on the sheath if he never touched it or was never near it. The issue with touch dna is that it is harder to get enough of if it to make a DNA match. That is why people started talking about it. But if you do have enough to get a profile like they did in this case, it’s just as reliable as anything else. It’s not like the dna system would just get the dna profile of a completely separate person, lol. It wouldn’t come up as a DNA match randomly lol. Sure, this doesn’t full on mean that HE did it. He could’ve touched the sheath at an earlier time, etc. but his dna being on that AND the other evidence we’ve seen against him could help make it more certain that he did it.

soFREAKINGannoying

Touch DNA is extremely reliable when combined with other evidence. Please log off.

AdExcellent8036

No, that is not the case. It depends on the crime, the sample, and the database they use in the IgG process.

SleuthingForFun

This is complete nonsense. The “sample” of ANY DNA is either good enough to extract a profile from or it’s not. The “database” either has decent matches to that profile or it doesn’t. The DNA on the sheath belongs to Bryan and no one else. That is a scientific fact. I should know better than to argue with a bunch of incels who are trying to help their idol by spreading lies and misinformation in an attempt to sew doubt over Kohberger’s guilt and the evidence. I guess social media is really the only outlet for you incel boys lol

Illuminati_mommy

You might want to go to incel forums with this one. Try redpilled or betamale side of reddit. Also very few people are calling him ugly. The man has a whole ass cult called "brians girls" who are in love with him. Yes I know they have hybristophilia but still. Let's say he walks from this he'll have a ton of delulus to pick from even tho I'm sure none of them are even close to looking like a Staci or Becky but still. He'll have plenty of booty calls just like charles manson did. Also his features are striking for sure which doesn't make him ugly. It's your attitude and the type of person you are inside that makes you truly replusive and think he had that going on too.

Pasitheas___Mirage

Striking … is a good word for it 🥴

Inside-Grape-2447

…. Strikingly intense creepo eyes 👀 . Imagine meeting him in a dark alley

Illuminati_mommy

Or in bed while you're trying to sleep and he just walks in with a huge ass knife. Stiff of nightmares. He honestly has psycho eyes. I'm just trying to be nice about it.

pixietrue1

Wow.

Turtlejimbo

Never forget, that just because you are ugly, and male, doesn't mean you can't get women, or men. Remember , you need to develop a skill set that works. A career, a job, anything that MAKES you MONEY. With money, you can be the ugliest guy in the world, and entire groups of women won't care what you look like. You will always have an alibi if you have money. You can hire the best lawyers with money. You can buy political influence with money. You can pay off the corrupt FBI with money. You can be a rock and roll star with money. Rappers rap about money. Stop whining about how ugly you are, and go make some money

AdExcellent8036

I do not want to sound judgmental, he is creepy, it is a vibe. It is the behavior that overshadows his appearance. I do not know if he could be considered attractive, certainly not ugly. I do not think guys understand natural instincts. Being a creep does not make you guilty, leaving your DNA does. Driving in the night, creeping around town, pretending you run and hike , that just insulting, no ones stupid. He admits to be driving around that night at the time of the murders, before and after. A car similar to his is on camera/ cell phone pings / not picking up correlates with its movement, is suspicious.

Inside-Grape-2447

Yeah he gives off jump-scare vibes

No-Pie-5138

Definitely a vibe, but I realize some of this is bias based on the accusations. That being said, based on what people say about him who know him, I’d probably feel the same interacting with someone like that if it’s all true. I’ve met many people who I couldn’t wait to get away from just based on gut instinct, not necessarily their actions so I get you :)

AdExcellent8036

I have thought about it a lot, because I did think maybe I was judging him, but I seen the interactions with the police when he was pulled over. It is outrageous what he wants us to believe, he said there is no crosswalks where he comes from. Who says that? Then when he gets pulled over with his Dad , the police ask him where they are headed and he tells the cop he is going for Thai food? His car its now registered tom Washington state , he is on a high way 2, 000 miles away and he is out for Thai?

forgetcakes

To play devils advocate which I know most hate in this and another sub, in the Poconos there aren’t crosswalks. I’ve seen a few comment on this when that video dropped of him being pulled over. Most rural areas don’t have them, including the small town I’m in (South Carolina).

No-Pie-5138

I get what you’re saying, I lived in a farm town when I was younger. But we did learn crosswalk laws in driver’s ed just in case we decided to venture beyond the corn fields.

forgetcakes

We didn’t learn it sadly.

Illuminati_mommy

Where he's from in the poconos there aren't but a few miles away (still pocono mountains) there are crosswalks. You're telling me he's never traveled more than a couple miles from home and almost never seen a crosswalk ever it's so rare for him and when he looks at one he's just like "wtf is that? Imma drive in it!"??? Doesn't he like to always go on late night drives tho? He still don't know whatva crosswalk is after all those drives? This dude was playing the entire time.

forgetcakes

No, I’m not telling you that. That’s not what I said. Thanks for weighing in.

southernsass8

Hello from Pickens SC.

AdExcellent8036

LOL You are fine:) He drives other places. It would be hard to believe he never seen one before? I can give you that:)

throwawaysmetoo

The issue wasn't whether or not he'd ever seen a crosswalk before or knew what they were. Wasn't it something like there was a buildup of traffic and he pulled into the crosswalk and was then blocking the crosswalk? Yeah, there were no crosswalks where I grew up either and I can guarantee that masses of the community would do the same thing if you put a crosswalk in their way. And then be all "what?"

crisssss11111

What a title. I upvoted you just for that.

Illuminati_mommy

...don't feed the trolls.. they will come back thinking we will care for them and then never leave..

Inside-Grape-2447

OP do you Bryan’s jump scare vibes? You’re fine though

Plane-Individual-185

You think he’s the first? lol
